All prices and tariffs applied by Boom Uitgevers Amsterdam for deliveries within the Netherlands include value-added tax. The applied prices and tariffs for delivery to countries which are member of the European Union include value-added tax. The value-added tax will not be applied to deliveries within the European Union when a valid VAT identification number is supplied with your order. Delivery to countries outside the European Union will not include value-added tax.
Outside the EU, any import or customs duties of the order are calculated upon arrival in the country of destination. As a customer you are responsible for these costs, which may vary from country to country. The charges will be calculated by the national customs department of the country of delivery. If you want to know the amount due for these charges, you should contact the customs department of the country of destination.

Ordering multiple copies?
When ordering more than 10 copies you may qualify for a discount. The applicable discount rates are as follows:
- 10-29 copies: 5% discount
- 30-99 copies:10% discount
- 100-...copies: rate upon request

All products bought with us carry statutory warranty. This means that upon delivery, a product has to be of good quality and should function adequately under normal use. Should you receive a product which is not of good quality or does not function adequately, we will offer a fitting solution to the issue as soon as possible. Depending on the product this may be done through replacement or reimbursement.
For details concerning the return of a product, please contact our customer service at (0031) 020- 5218 922. To return an item, it must meet the following conditions:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. This period begins on the next day of receiving your order.
- The item is in resaleable condition including that: in its original packaging (if reasonably possible), including instruction manuals and all accessories.
- The packing slip or (copy) invoice must be sent in its packaging.
- Digital products can’t be returned.
If the order has already been paid, the amount paid will be fully refunded. If the order hasn’t been paid yet, then the payment will lapse. The processing time to refund the amount depends on the payment method you have chosen:
- Invoice / Acceptgiro iDEAL: processing time of 14 days
- Credit Card: processing time of 3 weeks
